Ingredients:
Head of green cabbage
1 pound pastrami or corned beef
1/2 pound swiss cheese
12 ounces Avocado oil mayo
1/2 cup of dill pickles
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
STEP 1: Julienne the cabbage, pastrami, and swiss cheese. Dice the dill pickles.
STEP 2: In one bowl add mayo, apple cider vinegar, sweetner, and dill pickles. Mix well.
STEP 3: In large bowl add half head of cabbage, pastrami, and cheese.
Then add mayo mixture, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix together.
