Ingredients:
One small bag of baby carrots
One package of bacon
One third cup of brown sugar
One fourth cup of maple syrup
Two tablespoons bourbon
One quarter cup of honey
STEP 1: Cut bacon strips in half long ways. Wrap the half strips of bacon around the carrots.
STEP 2: Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mat. Lay the bacon wrapped carrots on parchment or silicone mat and bake in oven @ 400° for 10 minutes.
STEP 3: Remove from oven and brush with honey and the mixture of brown sugar, syrup, and bourbon glaze.
STEP 4: Reduce temperature in oven to 350° and cook for an additional 10
minutes or until bacon becomes crispy. Let cool before serving as the glaze
becomes very hot.
