Ingredients:
8 oz lean ground sirloin 1 tablespoon cumin
16 oz avocado 1 teaspoon chili powder
10 oz roasted rotel 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded jack cheese 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 oz sour cream
1 oz slices of black olives
1 fresh jalapeno
STEP 1: Saute ground sirloin, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder.
STEP 2: In a large see-through bowl, layer in this order:
Avocado spread
Sour cream
Cheese
Sirloin
Then continue to layer in this order until the bowl is full or as much as desired.
STEP 3: Top with rotel garnish, jalapenos, and olives.
