Ingredients: 4oz. 80/20 hamburger meat
Salt & pepper
Yellow mustard
Dill pickle juice
Cheese slices
STEP 1: Take 80/20 hamburger meat, approximately 4oz rolled into ball. Season meat with salt and pepper. Coat the meat with yellow mustard.
STEP 2: Have a lightly oiled griddle on medium high heat waiting. Just before placing meat on griddle you will dip the meatball in dill pickle juice. Place meatball firmly on hot griddle and leave 2 minutes to allow crust to form on meat.
STEP 3: Using heavy spatula press or smash the burgers to 1⁄4 inch thickness. Cook 1 more minute and flip. Add cheese if you’d like and let it melt.
STEP 4: Let cheese melt for about 2 minutes total time. Remove from griddle and add to dressed bun.
